Kitchen:
Top and Outside of stove and burner pans
Top, side and front of refrigerator
Inside and outside of microwave
Outside of all other appliances
Clean counter tops, including behind and under everything
Inside kitchen sink
Outside of all kitchen cabinets (as needed)
Kitchen table and chairs
Kitchen rugs will be vacuumed
Kitchen mats will be shaken
Kitchen floor is swept and mopped
Living room, dining room, family room, and bedrooms:
All wood furniture dusted and/or polished
Lamps, shades, picture frames and knickknacks dusted
Chandeliers dusted (within reasonable reach)
Mirrors, glass top tables, and glass in picture frames cleaned
Sliding glass doors cleaned inside and out (weather permitting)
Entry way glass cleaned (inside and out)
Vacuum under sofa and chair cushions
All carpets and rugs, including stairs will be vacuumed
Vacuum under small furniture
Collect all trash
Make unmade beds
Change bed linens (when sheets are left on the bed)
Wood floors are swept and damp mopped
Bathrooms:
Sink, counter top and cabinet around sink cleaned
Mirror and chrome cleaned and polished
Inside, outside and behind toilet cleaned and disinfected
Tub, shower, shower doors cleaned with soap scum remover
Bathroom rugs will be shaken
Bathroom floors are swept and mopped with disinfectant
Overall services:
Baseboards dusted
Clean fingerprints around light switch plates and door knobs
Window sills dusted
Blinds dusted
Cobwebs removed
Reachable ceiling fans dusted
